Oh dear. I've succumbed to it. So embarrassed. I shouldn't even be admitting this... I actually went on Fox's American Idol website last night because I'd missed the elimination night last Thursday and couldn't wait one more night to find out who had been turfed. Gads! What is unemployment doing to me??

On a completely related note I've decided that American Idol is fixed. They know which people they want to bring forward so Simon just does his thing and tells the contestants whether they are staying or going and I don't think it's based on their performance..it's based on predetermined decision. Then the Americans do what they do best - they vote blindly with their leader..not questioning his credibility.

There is something scratching my bedroom wall as I write this. I suspect it's a rodent. Mom will be all surprised when I tell her..she'll secretly think I am imagining things. But I am not!!

Today was the first day I was genuinely bored since I lost my job. I decided to stay home today to do some writing. I accomplished this goal and also took a nice walk outside and did my weights inside. And then I spent a painful amount of time worrying about things out of my contro. Gotta love it. It seems I have brought my boredom to this post. I apologise profusely.

So I talk to my name twin on messenger quite regularly . The 16 hour time difference seems to suit well. It's slightly disconcerting how many similarities we seem to have...welll aside from the whole gender thing...

I bought new luggage yesterday. I figured it was a sound investment, unlike some of the other investments I have made recently. Damn me and my trusting nature. Which is a nice way of saying I can be stupid sometimes. Ah well you have to roll with the punches right?

Erm..so yeah..how bout those Leafs eh? Tick tock tick tock.

God I hate waiting for a specific time to arrive...espeically when that time is past my usual bed time...

So yeah..life is weird sometimes...
